Creating a WAMS ID does not grant a user access to PARS. Once the WAMS ID is created it should be included with the PARS Application which is submitted for review by the DOT. Once approved, the WAMS ID is given permission to access the PARS system.

The States Web Access Management System (WAMS) allows authorized individuals to access State Internet applications using the same means of identification for all State Web applications. The PARS system utilizes the WAMS ID for logging into the system.
