Renew My PARS Account

PARS accounts are active for four years. If you have been notified that your account needs to be renewed, please use this form. Please note:

  • All current users who are retaining access must be included on the application
  • A criminal Background Check must be submitted for every user
  • Processing takes 3-5 business days from submission

Change Agreement Coordinator

This form should be submitted by the new Agreement Coordinator.

Changing the AC on a PARS account will not grant access to abstracts, employee notification maintenance, or bank maintenance. An Add User Application must be submitted in conjunction with this application to give these permissions.

Processing takes 3-5 business days from submission.

Add a User

To add a user to your existing PARS account, use the form below. Please note:

  • The new User Must have a WAMS ID.
  • A criminal Background Check must be submitted with the form.
  • The form must be submitted by the current Agreement Coordinator.

Remove a User

To add a user to your existing PARS account, use the form below. Please note:

  • The new User Must have a WAMS ID.
  • A criminal Background Check must be submitted with the form.
  • The form must be submitted by the current Agreement Coordinator.

Update Permissions

If you need to make changes to an existing account, such as: adding access to driver/vehicle abstracts, employer notification access, or ACH/Bank Maintenance permissions; complete the Add User(s) Application
